| The Institute provided rehabilitation services in the following areas: |

| 1. Disability Evaluation & Assessment: |
| A team of experts consisting of Physiatrist / Orthopaedic Surgeon, Physiotherapists, Occupational therapists, Prosthetist cum Orthotist, Social Worker & Vocational Counselor etc. work together in evaluation and rehabilitation planning of individual. Specialized rehabilitation services are provided with the help of different departments subsequently. |

| 2. Physiotherapy Services: |
| Physiotherapy services are provided to the indoor, outdoor patients and to disabled attending outreach service camps. The teaching, training and research were also carried out along with the services to the patients. |

| 3. Occupational Therapy Services: |
| The patients are treated by means of this modality of therapy, where occupational activities were especially designed with the objectives to restore pre-disability functional status of the individual. The teaching / training and research in occupational therapy were carried out along with services at institute and in camps. |
