The Information Brochure-cum-application form for Degree courses will be available at National Institute for the Orthopaediaclly Handicapped (NIOH) against Bank Draft in favor of Director NIOH drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Kolkata or cash of Rs.500/- for General category candidates & Rs.400/- for SC/ST / PH. Candidates desiring to obtain The Information Brochure-cum-application form by post may obtain the same from the Director NIOH by sending the Bank Draft of Rs.550/- for General Candidates & Rs.450/- for SC/ST / PH in favor of Director NIOH drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Kolkata.

Application form can also be downloaded from the NIOH website: http://www.nioh.in. However the candidates are required to enclose the required demand draft of the prescribed fees in favor of Director NIOH payable at Kolkata along with the filled up application form.
