Consist of Main Institute Building; residential quarters for the staff and Hostel for Girls and Boys separately. Adequate area has been kept open for horticulture, play ground and other amenities.

Main Building:
The main building consist of Administrative block, Auditorium, OPD, Indoor Patients Wards, Operation Theater and six departments namely:- Department of Medical Rehab, Department of Physiotherapy, Department of Occupational Therapy, Department of Socio Economic and Rehabilitation, Department of Rehab. Nursing and Department of Rehab. Engineering.

Residential Area:
Comprises of staff Quarters, Director's Bungalow and Guest House.
